Martha Wardrop

Cllr Martha Wardrop (Hillhead)

Martha has experience gained from employment in the Voluntary Sector and was first elected to the city council to represent the Hillhead ward in 2007.   She serves on the Finance and Audit Committee, the Licensing & Regulatory Committee, and Glasgow Community Justice Authority.  She is also convenor of the Council's Energy and Carbon Working Group.  Martha first moved to the area in 1988 as a student and now, lives at St. George's Cross. She takes particular interest in the planning, housing, social care, heritage and culture.
